objRecordSet.RecordCount = 0 and type mismatch when running scheduled on server

when i run agent manually it works fine, but when i run this on server as scheduled i get type mismatch on objRecordSet.RecordCount = 0.

i also had to elevate agent security rights to 2. Allow restisted operations for this agent to run.

what is different?
